ICAS provides services in the areas of sector strategy and policy development. It prioritises research informing the sector strategy and policy development for their relevance and impact. M&E System Strengthening

M&E system is a vital part in the operation any sector or organisation. Therefore, ICAS provides supportive services to organisations in areas of reviewing M&E system, recruitment of M&E personnel, their training, development of M&E tools and frameworks such as results framework and M&E plan, data quality assessments

Evaluation Study

ICAS design, coordinate and implement evaluation design frameworks and tools for baseline, midterm and end line evaluations. The evaluation type may be theory-based evaluation, formative and summative premised on developing a set of micro theory of change from the global theory of change with various features of development evaluation. The evaluation design may involve a longitudinal or cross sectional or case studies all prioritising quantitative and qualitative research methods of data gathering and analysis. Community Education Planning

ICAS provides services on community level educational planning from getting the community to develop their vision of school to research prioritising the issues that concern their schools and developing implementation and monitoring and evaluation framework to track progress towards their vision.

Advocacy and Resource Mobilisation
